All too often, when business leaders achieve “success” either in their position of leadership or in their profits, it is easy to look back at all the hard work that was required to reach that level of success.  We start to believe that all that hard work entitles us to revel in that success indefinitely.  However, the “I-deserve-this” mentality doesn’t recognize that many of us our placed in the positions we are in order to be able to bless others with our success.  We can bless others through providing needed resources with our finances and we can use our position of leadership as a platform to speak out against injustices. 

To help business leaders be intentional about blessing others with their success, the Weikel Law Firm, LLC has established a non-profit foundation that rallies successful businesses and business leaders to give back a portion of their net profits and their time.  The donations to the foundation will be used by the foundation for two purposes; 1) to educate marketplace leaders on how to put their company in a position to bless; and 2)  to bless local and global communities through giving of finances and time to educate, train, rescue, care, treat, feed, clothe, and provide shelter to those in need.
